ABOUT HANSON REALTY
Our small, family-owned
and operated company was founded in Wilbur, WA in 1947 by Frank
Hanson, local businessman and lifelong native of Lincoln County. He
remained the sole proprietor of Hanson Realty until 1974 when he was
joined in the business by his daughter-in-law, Gerry Hanson. Upon
Frank's retirement in 1982, Gerry took over the brokerage and has
operated it since that time. Over the many years of service to our
community and surrounding area, we have prided ourselves on our
small town attitude and our personal association with our clients
and customers.
We are active in
residential and commercial sales and are knowledgeable about farming
practices and land sales in this wheat-producing area of Washington
State. We have our own recreational subdivisions just to the north
of Wilbur on beautiful Lake Roosevelt and have a broad knowledge of
opportunities along the 150 miles of this pristine wilderness area.
